Using the PDF, I wrote out all the data into a separate Excel sheet that I named Re-organized Data (PDF into Excel). I was also able to convert the PDF into Excel initially by using Adobe.com, however I had a difficult time reorganizing that PDF so I typed them all up in a different document. I had columns named Species, Site #, Algae or Invertebrate, High, Mid, Low and Notes.
To convert the PDF into Excel, I searched up “convert PDF into excel” in Google and the first link was Adobe.com. I selected the PDF file and once it converted the PDF into Excel, I downloaded this.
The re-organized data set is attached below.
